Re-Declaration of Independence

The UNANIMOUS DECLARATION of the Citizens of the
continental united States of America.
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for the American peoples to restore the political bands which have connected them with the Constitution of the united States, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitles them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the cause which impel them to the restoration.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men and women have equal rights, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the full enjoyment of the fruits of their labor. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on the Constitution for the united States as was intended by its framers and ratifiers. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by altering the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these continental united States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the federal united States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny—the corporate United states–over these continental united States (Hooven and Allison v. Evatt). To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
The corporate United states has refused Assent to the Laws of the Constitution for the united States, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
The corporate United states has forbidden the continental united States to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, it has utterly neglected to attend to them.
The corporate United states has refused to allow people to vote, use financial institutions or drive, unless those people would sign forms which deny their sovereignty and make them (14th Amendment fraud) citizens of the Legislative Democracy known as the corporate United States.
The corporate United states has forced the continental united States to relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature (17th Amendment fraud), a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
The corporate United states has called together petitioners at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with its measures (Congress: “It is not a political problem, it is a judicial problem.” / Courts: “It is not a judicial problem, it is a political problem.”)
The corporate United states has denied tax funding to Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasion on the rights the people (south dakota v. Dole).
The corporate United states has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the corporate United states at large for their exercise; the continental united States remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without (corporate United states agents) and convulsions (crime and civil unrest) within.
The corporate United states has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners (Simpson-Rodino Immigration Reform Act); refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands (RICO).
The corporate United states has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by combining Admiralty with Equity and granting titles of Nobility (American Bar Association).
The corporate United states has made Judges dependent on its Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the payment of their salaries (tax trial judge: “I cannot tolerate you depriving my employer of revenue.” ).
The corporate United states has erected a multitude of New Offices (FDA, FTC, HEW, ICC, INS, NRC, REA, SBA, SEC, etc.), and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.
The corporate United states has kept among us, in times peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislature (National Security Act of 1947).
The corporate United states has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power (War Powers Act).
The corporate United states has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution (corporate United states, United Nations), and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us (Militia Act of 1903):
For protecting them, by a mock trial from punishment for any takings (IRS, DEA, etc.) or Murders (BATF, CIA, FBI, USMS, etc.) which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world, causing economic depressions and foreign wars (Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act):
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent (16th Amendment fraud):
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury (Sparf v. United States);
For transporting us beyond the jurisdiction of our States to be tried for pretended offenses (Uniform Commercial Code):
For abolishing the free System of English Laws (Common Sense) in a neighboring Province, establishing in the District of Columbia an Arbitrary government (Legislative Democracy), and enlarging its Boundaries (13th Amendment fraud) so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule in these continental united States:
For taking away our State Constitutions (14th Amendment fraud), abolishing our most valuable Laws (English Common Law), and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures (Reynolds v. Sims), and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever (Legislative Democracy).
The corporate United states has perverted Government here, by declaring us in its Protection and waging chemical Warfare against us (EPA).
The corporate United states has plundered our savings (HJR 192), ravaged our environment (Price-Anderson, flood insurance), wasted our resources (BLM), co-opted our churches (IRC 501(c)3), restricted Free Speech (FCC), and destroyed the lives of our people.
The corporate United states is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries (EO 9877) to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation (war on drugs).
The corporate United states has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive by the draft to bear Arms against foreign Countries, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands (Kent State).
The corporate United states has excited domestic insurrections amongst us (racial riots), whose, known rules of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
The corporate United states has in numerous ways violated the Constitution for the united States, which is the sole source of legitimacy of the federal United States, and usurped power in every way imaginable:
The corporate United states has done so to the great damage of the continental united States and their citizens for the purpose of gathering privilege, power, competitive advantage and wealth for its special interests. (McCray v. U.S. )
The corporate United states has unconstitutionally created a system of central banks (the Federal Reserve Banks) and authorized them monopoly powers to print the nation’s “money,” declare it legal tender, and give its control to speculators who thereby control all financial institutions for their profit by way of repayment of an enormous and unconstitutional debt with unconstitutionally derived taxes, or the devaluation of savings with inflation (Banking Act of 1935).
The corporate United States has forced the continental united States to enlarge this fraud by making them tax the income of the fiat money known as Federal Reserve Notes, despite the fact that they are obligations (depreciating bills of credit, not real money), and hence not taxable by the continental united States (Banking Act of 1863).
The corporate United states intentionally created a drug crisis to provide the critical non-military functions of war in a peaceful world by barring the manufacture, transport, sale and use of certain drugs except by its agents.
The corporate United States is conducting a “holy war” against us and uses it as a rationale to accelerate the imposition of tyranny upon us. In aggressively pursuing these many destructive acts, the corporate United states has repeatedly and wantonly violated the Bill of Rights created to protect us from intrusions on our freedoms.
The corporate United states has unconstitutionally stripped the continental united States of their powers and authority either granted directly to them or reserved to them by the Constitution of the united States.
The corporate United States supreme court justices, sworn to uphold the Constitution of the united States have made a mockery of it and the court by asserting that the Constitution of the united States is whatever they say it is (Baker v. Carr), despite the most clear and obvious meaning in that document to the contrary.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms. Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A government, whose character is thus marked by every act, which may define a Tyranny, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people (Proclamation 2039).
Nor have We been wanting in attention to our Eastern European brethren (Revoluitons of ’89)., We have watched them discard unwarrantable jurisdiction over them. We are reminded of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here.
We, therefore, citizens of the continental united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these continental united States, solemnly publish and declare, That these continental united States are, and of Right ought to Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the corporate United states, and that all political connection between them and the corporate United states, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to control their Militia (Perpich v. Department of Defense), establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do according to the Constitution for the united States. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
