The Democratic (socialist/fascist) 29th counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment), over the veto of Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Nixon, Esq. passes the War Powers Act, authorizing the Commander-in-Chief to order the United states Armed Forces into combat, for 30 days, without CONgressional authorization.

       NOTES:

  • Nixon vetoed the WPA, not because it was giving the presidency the power to make war, but because he incorrectly believed the Constitution for the united States already gave him the power to make wars of indeterminate length.
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
