De facto Commander-in-Chief Ford (25th amendment) issues Proclamation 4311, pardoning Republican (fascist/socialist) former de facto President Nixon, Esq.,  “for all offenses against the United [s]tates which he … has committed or may have committed or taken part in [including genocide] during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974.”  Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, does not specify that a presidential pardon may be granted in advance of due process.  As it prevents the truth in the Watergate cover-up from becoming known.

       NOTES:

  • This establishes a new doctrine that one president can legitimize the actions of a predecessor; that presidents are above the Law.
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
