The anti-constitutional revolution of 1913 begins: Philander Chase Knox, “lame duck” Secretary of State, fraudulently certifies the unlawfully proposed 16th amendment, authorizing the personal federal income tax, as having received the required three-fourths ratification of the States. In truth, only Utah and the Commonwealth of Virginia properly ratified the amendment.
NOTES:
- Just one week later Knox left office upon the swearing in of Democratic (socialist/proto-fascist) President Wilson.
- This deception destroys the balance between Direct taxation and representation in the House of Representatives that had been established in Article I, Section 2 [Clause 3].
