Terry is a victim of Operation Fast and Furious, a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ program that sold military weapons to Mexican drug cartels operating in the United States, and then allowed their export to Mexico; Terry was killed by one of these AK-47s.
