While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Randy McMillan, a Bastrop County (texas) Independent School District resource (statute enforcement) officer (acting under-color-of-law) shoot (with an electric stun gun) Noe Nino de Rivera, after the high school student broke up a fight. Nino, who had his hands up in the air, sustains permanent brain damage when his head hits the concrete.
