While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Havre de Grace, maryland statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) arrest Jawon Johnson, a freshman football player at West Virginia (enclave of Virginia) State University., confusing him with Jawan Johnson, a suspected burglar.

       Postscript: Johnson spent the next four days incarcerated in a cell 23 hours a day before the error was acknowledged.
