While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Boiling Spring Lakes, north carolina statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) fatally shoot Keith Vidal, an emotionally disturbed, 90-pound, 18-year-old.  Vidal’s father had called 9-1-1 for help in dealing with one of Keith’s more severe fitful rages.
