While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Robert Bates, a Tulsa County, oklahoma statute enforcement officer, (acting under-color-of-law) fatally shoots Eric Courtney Harris, during a gun-buying sting operation (frame-up).  Bates thought he was using his electric stun gun, but used his service revolver instead.
