While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” County Prosecutor Thomas Stierwalt, of Sandusky County (Federal enclave of) Ohio, announces that he will not file child sex abuse charges against Ricky Vitte, Jr., a state statute enforcement officer, who admitted to his estranged wife that he exposed a pre-teenage boy to pornography and taught him how to masturbate.  Stierwalt’s reasoning was that Vitte might present a defense for his actions.
