Under the orders of “President” Hamid Karzai, de facto Mayor of Kabul, Afghanistan, 65 suspected terrorists are freed from the Parwan Detention Center.  This comes against the protests of Anders Fogh Rasmussen, Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the ninth circuit court of appeals hands down Peruta v. San Diego (california): “[A] responsible, law-abiding citizen has a right under the Second Amendment to carry a firearm in public for self-defense.”

       NOTE: the california constitution of 1879, declaration of rights has not Right to Bear Arms.

       Hawthorne, california statute enforcement officers Jeffrey Salmon, Jeffrey Tysl, Erica Bristow and Mark Hultgren (acting under-color-of-law) beat and shoot (with an electric stun gun) a deaf Jonathan Meister for picking up a snowboard in front of his own home.  Meister tried to communicate with sign language, but the SEOs would have none of it.
