Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Clinton, Esq., speaking to a campaign audience in Pueblo, colorado admits that the “War on Drugs” is a failure:

Drugs don’t belong in prisons ….

… [Y]ou now must start drug testing prisoners … to break the cycle of crime and drugs.  It’s time to say to inmates, if you stay on drugs, you’ll stay in jail; if you want our [sic] of jail, you have to get off drugs.

Question: If Clinton could not keep drugs out of prison, how did he expect to keep drugs out of society as a whole?

NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
