At the reconvening of the Republican (fascist/socialist) 46th counterfeit CONgress (elected within the provisions of the fraudulent 17th amendment), Mike Weight, a United States Capitol statute enforcement officer, arrests Cindy Sheehan, antiwar activist, and mother of deceased United states Army Specialist Casey Sheehan (private mercenary), for wearing a T-shirt that said “2245 Dead. How many more?” Sheehan had been the guest of Democratic (socialist/fascist) CONgresswoman Lynn Woolsey, of the republic of california, to the “State of the Union” address by Republican President George W. Bush. Because she was the guest of a member of CONgress, she had no intention of disrupting the speech.
Question: Is this the freedom for which her son sacrificed his life in the Iraqi-American War?
NOTE: During Bush’s speech, he claimed that “drug use among youth is down 19% since 2001.” While that is true, this is only a continuation of a trend that started in 1996, and has been sustained since—it has nothing to do with the “War on Drugs.”

While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” an unlawfully elected senate confirms Samuel A. Alito, Jr. as an associate justice to the supreme court of the corporate U.s. Alito is credited with having developed the “Unitary Executive” theory, which claims that the executive reserves the final prerogative to decide when a statute is to be enforced—not the judiciary; thus the doctrine of Separation of Powers, as specified in Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2], is a nullity.
Lately, when presidents have signed legislation, they have frequently issued statements regarding their motivations, intending that to have the force of law, in guiding future judicial interpretations.
