Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Clinton, Esq., signs the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act, giving the attorney general, of the United states, authority to construct a wall on the Mexican border.  The act also requires the registration of all newborn United states subject/enemy/citizens into Social Security without their parents permission.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
