While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Gayle Ross, Assistant Principal at Etiwanda (california) (government-run public) High School, suspends 14-year-old Kobe Nelson from school for fighting.  Ross’ decision was based solely on the word of San Bernardino County statute enforcement officer Louis Ortiz (acting under-color-of-law) who lied about Nelson.  Ross refused to listen to student witnesses, or watch recorded videos showing Nelson being bullied, and trying to walk away from a fight.  Also, the video recordings showed Ortiz verbally bullying Nelson as well.
