Morgan Hill (california) Unified School District: government-run public high schools may ban the display of the United states flag during Cinco de Mayo celebrations.

The 253rd district court of texas hands down Keep Cleveland Safe v. Cleveland (texas): judge Carroll Wilborn, Jr.—of the 344th district court—disallows the city’s voters from deciding from themselves whether or not they want red-light cameras on their streets.
NOTES:
- KCS was really a front organization for the Tempe, (Federal enclave of) Arizona based American Traffic Solutions, Inc., which receives 90% of the revenues generated by the citations it issues.
- Wilborn was brought in under a change of venue petition was submitted by KCS, as he was retiring, and would not face the voters again for re-election.
