The supreme court, of the corporate United states, decides Flores-Figueroa v. United states: prosecutors, in immigration cases, may not charge free-market workers with identity theft for using the Social Security Number of a U.s. subject/enemy/citizen, in order to secure their lawful right to earn an honest living.

NOTE: While FMWs pay social security taxes, they are ineligible to collect on the benefits they are earning for someone else.  Thus FMWs are helping to perpetuate one of the largest Ponzi schemes in history.
