While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the seventh circuit court of appeals hands down United states v. Olofson, upholding the two and a half year sentence given to David Olofson for loaning his AR-15 rifle to a friend, which malfunctioned causing it to automatically fire and then jam.
