While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” John T. Morton, Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, issues his “Privacy Impact Assessment for the Border Searches of Electronic Devices,” essentially suspending the Article IV of Amendment prohibition against unreasonable searches within 100 miles of a national border or coastline.
