North Coast Women’s Care Medical Group, allowing a physician to be sued for refusing to inseminate an unmarried woman.

       Sarah Netburn, Esq., reaches an out of court settlement with New York City of 2,000,000 “dollars” in compensation for violating the Freedom of Speech of 52 anti-war protestors five years previous.

       NOTE: This award came not out of the property and pensions of the statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) responsible for this injustice, but out of the lawful taxes paid by city residents, who did not do this.
