While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Anthony Piercy, a missouri Highway statute enforcement officer, arrests Brandon Ellingson on suspicion of boating while intoxicated.  Piercy outfits Ellingson with the wrong life vest for a handcuffed suspect, and sails away recklessly.  As a consequence Ellingson falls overboard and drowns.
