While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, refuses to hear Hedges v. Obama, letting stand a circuit court of appeals decision that declares as lawful the power of the Federal government to indefinitely incarcerate U.s. subject/enemy/citizens without due process.

       The supreme court, of the commonwealth of pennsylvania hands down commonwealth v. Gary: statue enforcement officers need not obtain a warrant before searching a privately registered “vehicle” (a legal term for an “automobile or truck” bearing goods, services or persons in commercial transit).
