While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down georgia v. Ashcroft, ruling that winner-take-all legislative districts may be drawn, which limit the ability of ethnic minorities to elect representatives of their choice.

       The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down, Lawrence v. Texas overturning, Bowers v. Hardwick, declaring—via the fraudulent 14th amendment—that states may not prohibit homosexual acts committed, in private, between consenting adults.

       NOTE: Sandra Day O’Conner, associate justice, who participated in both decisions, switched her votes between the cases.
