Eric Berndt, a law student at new york University, asks Anton G. Scalia, associate justice of the supreme court, during a public forum at NYU’s Vanderbilt Hall, whether government has a legitimate interest in the sexual privacy of consenting adults.  To which Scalia responds in the affirmative.  Berndt then poses a follow-up question: “Do you sodomize your wife?”

While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 52 ineligible Electoral votes), at a news conference with the national media claims to be “the ultimate decision-maker for this country. …”

NOTE: Although Bush uses the word “country” here, the editors believe that he meant to use the word “nation,” in which a central government, with almost limitless power, treats its constituent states as mere enclaves, provinces, or sub-divisions of its greater self; as opposed to “Union,” which is a union of sovereign States under a federal system, with a central government whose powers are strictly limited by a respected Constitution.
