An unlawfully elected (in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) senate confirms Chairman Henry M. Paulson, Jr., of Goldman Sachs investment bank, to be the next secretary of the treasury.  As a condition of his confirmation Paulson agreed to avoid any conflicts of interest by not only selling his shares of GS, but also to seek an ethics waiver before speaking to any GS executives.

While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down League of United Latin American Citizens v. Perry, ruling as lawful, gerrymandering CONgressional districts after control of a state legislature has changed parties—not just every decade to adjust for population shifts.

       NOTES:

  • Neither does the Constitution give States the power to create winner take-all Congressional districts.
  • The simplest practical solution to the problem of gerrymandering legislative districts for political purposes is to do away with districting altogether, and allow Electors one vote—by party—and then have the parties appoint at-large representatives based upon proportional shares of the vote.
