The supreme court, of the corporate United states, decides Rodriguez v. United states: statute enforcement officers may not detain motorists who refuse permission for a K-9 drug sniffing dog to search their “vehicle” (a legal term for an “automobile or truck” bearing goods, services or persons in commercial transit).
