Rolando Galman, assassinates exiled dissident leader, Benigno “Ninoy” Simeon Aquino, Jr., immediately after deplaning, upon his return to the Philippines.  Aquino had returned with the intention of running against dictator Ferdinand Marcos in the upcoming presidential election.

       Was President Reagan directly involved?  I don’t know, but we do know he said he supported Marcos, and we know the CIA did participate in “Black Ops.”  We’ll have to wait for future historians to reveal the facts. –– JL
