Republican (fascist/socialist) President Reagan confesses to a meeting of members of CONgress, in his office that he has discovered—after three years in office—that most of the Soviet Union’s nuclear missiles are land-based.

       President Reagan apparently believed much of what he was told and didn’t always demand proof.  I don’t know if he was a curious or inquisitive person.  We do know that he was a successful politician and was used to working under direction.  –– JL
