The Saturday Night Massacre: Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Nixon, Esq., orders Elliot L. Richardson, attorney general of the United states, to fire Archibald Cox, Jr., Watergate Special Prosecutor.  Richardson refuses and resigns.  Nixon then orders William D. Ruckelshaus, Deputy Attorney General of the United states, to fire Cox.  Ruckelshaus also refuses and resigns.  Nixon then orders Robert H. Bork, solicitor general of the United states, to fire Cox.  Bork fires Cox.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
