Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto Vice President Spiro T. Agnew, Esq., resigns his office as a consequence of pleading “no contest” to a single charge of income tax evasion.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Agnew was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
