The second Red Scare continues: In a speech to the of Salt Lake County, utah, Republican (fascist/socialist) Party’s Lincoln Day Banquet Republican de facto senator Joseph R. McCarthy, Esq., of wisconsin, claims to know the names of 57 communists that have infiltrated the department of state—whose affiliations are known by George C. Marshall, secretary of state. The day before McCarthy claimed that number was over two-hundred.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) McCarthy was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
