Edgar Hoover, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation submits a memorandum to Democratic (socialist/fascist) President Truman proposing the suspension of Habeas Corpus, and mass arrest of twelve-thousand named U.s. subject/enemy/citizens.  Hoover proposes that they remain incarcerated until after the conclusion of the undeclared Korean-American War.
