The supreme court, of the republic of the california decides Perez v. Sharp, declaring as unlawful statutes prohibiting interracial marriage.  In rendering this decision the court relies on the fraudulent 14th amendment, and not the equal protection provisions in the constitution of the republic of california

       Question: Why should government at any level be concerned with who marries whom?
