After eight days of negotiations with Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt and Prime Minister Winston S. Churchill, at the Yalta, Ukraine Conference, Josef Stalin, dictator of the Soviet Union agrees to declare war against the Empire of Japan, within three months after the defeat of fascist Germany.  Stalin also agrees to hold democratic elections in the nations of Soviet-occupied eastern Europe.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
