Yi Gang, a Deputy Governor at the People’s (central) Bank of China, announces that the PBOC will no longer purchase Federal Reserve Notes (“dollars”) in an effort to keep its exports artificially inexpensive.

While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” John J. Hoffman, Acting Attorney General of new jersey, announces a settlement against E-Sports Entertainment of 325,000 “dollars” for infecting its customer’s computers with malware that stole Bitcoins from their e-wallets.  This fine goes into the state’s treasury, and not to ESEA’s victims.

Question: Should government be allowed to profit from the misery of crime victims?

The third district court of utah hands down state v. Ward: judge Robert Adkins sentences former judge Virginia Bauskett Ward, of the Salt Lake City justice court, to 90 days in jail and three years’ probation, for trafficking in Oxycodone.  Ward could have received as much as a 15 year sentence had she not entered into a plea bargain.

Question: Was Ward as gentle with those that she sentenced in her court?
