While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Andrew Wood, a Los Angeles County, california statute enforcement officer (acting under-color-of-law) strikes and kills former Chief Operating Officer Milton Olin Jr., of Napster, with his patrol vehicle.  Wood was “texting while driving.”  Olin was riding his bicycle.

Postscript: Nine months later District Attorney Jackie Lacey announced that Wood would not be charged with “texting while driving,” as he was acting within his official duties.
