Fallout from 9-1-1 (9/11/2001): While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the City Council, of Concord, new hampshire votes to accept a 258,000 “dollar” grant from the Department of Homeland Security for an armored vehicle to combat against domestic terrorists, “Such as the Sovereign Citizens, Free Staters and Occupy [n]ew [h]ampshire [who] are active and present daily challenges.  Outside of the officially organized groups, there are several homegrown clusters that are anti-government. …”

       NOTE: There were around 3,000 SWAT raids in 1980.  Four decades later that number had risen to nearly 80,000.
