Fallout from 9-1-1 (9/11/2001): While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Cardan Spencer, a Dallas, texas statute enforcement officer (acting under-color-of-law) shoots 52-year-old Bobby Gerald Bennett.  Bennett’s mother had called 9-1-1, and told the dispatcher that her son was off his medication for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.  The dispatcher assured her saying that an officer trained in dealing with mentally ill persons would be sent.
