The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Balzac v. Porto Rico, declaring that Puerto Rico is a Federal enclave, and not a state in the nation, thus the Constitution for the united States does not apply to Puerto Rico.

Question: Does the unanimous Declaration (of Independence) state that “all men [people] are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights” regardless of where they were born, or are those rights restricted to those of European heritage only, or those born in the United States?
