Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., signs the Buck Federal Tax Act, giving equal status to the Federal enclaves of Arizona, Guam, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Washington and Wyoming; the virginia enclave of West Virginia; and the District of Columbia with the 37 lawfully admitted states.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2]
