While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Clapper v. Amnesty International USA: Civil libertarians have no legal standing (proof it has been harmed) to sue the National Security Agency to halt its warrantless eavesdropping into the electronic communications of all U.s. subject/enemy/citizens as the spying is done in secret, and can prove no injury to themselves.

The Philadelphia County (pennsylvania) court of common pleas hands down commonwealth v. Josey: judge Patrick Dugan finds fired statute enforcement officer Jonathan Josey not guilty of simple assault, even though video recorded evidence showed that he had committed the act.

NOTE: Josey’s attorney chose a bench (without a jury) trial hoping to get a judge like Dugan whose wife is an SEO, and was in the court room in support of Josey, whereas a jury would have more likely convicted him.
