While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal court for the eastern district of virginia refuses to hear Heghmann v. Republican National Committee: judge Arenda L. Wright Allen writes in her decision to dismiss that Heghmann lacks legal standing, and “there is no traceable connection between alleged injury and the defendant’s conduct.”
Question: Why should anyone who donates to either of the two status quo (Democratic and Republican) parties believe the promises they make in their fundraising appeals?
