While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the third circuit court of appeals hands down United states v. Werdene: the Federal Bureau of Investigation is permitted to employ unlawful methods that violate Article IV of Amendment and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure in order to arrest purveyor-consumers of child pornography.
NOTE: Although the crime of child pornography is most particularly heinous, the editors wish to note that the Federal government first persecutes the weak and unpopular in order to establish a precedent that can be used against the rest of us.
