New Orleans, lousiana, statute enforcement officers Michael Hamilton, Joseph Loria, Michael Pierce, Jeffrey Sislo and Joseph William (acting under-color-of-law) conduct an unauthorized body cavity search on Wilbert Thomas with a pair of pliers. When the five narcotics officers brought Thomas into the 7th District Station, he was bleeding from the rectum, a condition that could cause a fatal bacteriological infection.
