Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Clinton, Esq., signs the Military Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Act, providing a mechanism for former members of the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) to be tried in Federal civilian court for offenses they committed on deployment outside the U.s.

       NOTES:

• Their very participation in offensive foreign wars is an offense against their Oaths of Enlistment to “obey all orders … according to regulations [the Constitution for the united States].
• As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
