The Los Angeles, california City Council votes to pay 15,000,000 “dollars” to settle a lawsuit by Javier Francisco Ovando, for statute enforcement officer misconduct stemming from his unjustified shooting injury, and false imprisonment.
NOTE: This award came not out of the property and pensions of the statute enforcement officers reuponsible for this injustice, but out of the lawful taxes paid by city residents, who did not do this.
