While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, of the republic of california, proposes to help alleviate the state’s ongoing budget crisis by releasing 27,000 prisoners currently being held by the Department of Corrections.  This would help reduce the state budget deficit of 26,300,000,000 “dollars” by less than five percent.

       NOTE: About half of the prison population in the nation is there for non-violent drug offenses, who are learning to become hardened criminals.  The number of these non-violent drug offenders is probably around 85,000.  Releasing all of time, or better yet, never incarcerating them in the first place, could save more than three times that amount.

       Question: How many of these 27,000 were already hardened criminals, having committed violent felonies, and are most likely to resume their lives of crime once back on the streets?
