       United states Army General Raymond T. Odierno (private mercenary), commander of Multi-National Force–Iraq, announces the combat deaths of al-Qaida (Arabic for “the Base”) leaders Abu Ayyub al-Masriand and Abu Omar al-Baghdadi.

       NOTE: Al-Baghdadi, was previously reported as having been killed in March and May of 2007.  In April of 2008 al-Baghdadi was reported to have been captured.  Al Masri himself was was previously reported as having been killed in March and May of 2007, only to be captured in a joint US-Iraqi operation a year later.

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Rahm Emanuel, Chief of Staff for Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Obama (either a natural born subject of the United Kingdom enclave of Kenya, or a natural born resident of the republic of Hawaii), on the American Broadcasting Company program This Week With George Stephanopoulos, says “We believe we have those resources available in the[Federal] government as the final backstop to make sure that the 19 [distressed commercial banks] are financially viable and effective, If they need capital, we have that capacity.”  With less than 135,000,000,000 “dollars,” left in the Troubled (worth less) Asset Relief Fund, but the Obama administration’s own estimates that as much as eight times that might be needed yet to bail out commercial banks that are still in trouble.

       NOTE: The plan Emanuel is speaking of will convert the TARP loans into common stock (paying no guaranteed dividends, but having voting rights) which can then be sold on the open market for a profit.

       Question: Does the Constitution for the united States call for government to be a participant, or a referee?
