Paul Marat, a radical member of the National Constituent Assembly of the Republic of France, delivers a speech in the NCA declaring that shopkeepers are responsible for the hyperinflation that has caused severe shortages of food in Paris, and that if the people would riot and loot the stores the shortages would disappear. 

       Postscript: That night the citizens of Paris did exactly that.
