While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Matthew J. Scire, Director of Financial Markets and Community Investment for the General Accounting Office; David A. Powner, Director of Information Technology Management Issues for the GAO; and Nabajyoti Barkakati, Director of the Center for Technology and Engineering for the GAO, submit their report to CONgress titled “INFLUENZA PANDEMIC: Key Securities Market Participants Are Making Progress, but Agencies Could Do More to Address Potential Internet Congestion and Encourage Readiness,” recommending that the Internet be blocked for U.s. subject/enemy/citizens, at home, during the anticipated Swine Flu epidemic, in order that e-commerce might continue.

       Perley Goodrich, Jr., fatally shoots his father and seriously wounds his mother after having been injected with the psychotropic drug Trazodone, in a psychiatric hospital.

       NOTE: Goodrich was taking the psychotropic prescription drug Trazodone.
